$3,500 reward offered for information on forcible touching of 11-year-old girl in Manhattan

The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for forcibly kissing and touching an 11-year-old girl in Manhattan.

The incident occurred on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at approximately 3:15 p.m., in the vicinity of East 125th Street and Madison Avenue, within the 25th Precinct.

According to the NYPD, the perpetrator forcibly kissed and touched the young victim before fleeing the scene. The police are now offering a reward of up to $3,500 for any information that leads to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.

The NYPD Crimestoppers is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

“Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (7482),” the NYPD said in a statement.

The NYPD is taking this incident seriously and is working diligently to identify the suspect and bring him to justice. The public’s help is crucial in solving this case, and anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.
