Bronx BP Gibson leads Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway, spreads holiday cheer in community

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson joined forces with local organizations and community leaders to host a Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway at Tracey Towers.

The event, held in partnership with Hot 97, WBLS, Compare Foods, Eat Clean Bro, and others, brought holiday cheer and much-needed support to local families.

“Yesterday, we partnered with Hot 97, WBLS, Compare Foods, Eat Clean Bro, and more to host a Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway at Tracey Towers,” Gibson shared in a statement. “A big thank you to Congressman Adriano Espaillat, Senator Gustavo Rivera, Assembly Member John Zaccaro Jr., and Council Member Eric Dinowitz for supporting and making this event a success. Together, we spread holiday cheer and gave back to our community!”

The Thanksgiving event highlighted the power of collaboration among city officials and local businesses in supporting Bronx residents and ensuring they had the resources to celebrate the holiday season.

The giveaway distributed hundreds of turkeys, giving families the chance to enjoy a warm meal and festive atmosphere.

With strong support from Congressman Espaillat, Senator Rivera, Assembly Member Zaccaro Jr., and Council Member Dinowitz, the event underscored a shared commitment to uplifting the community during the holiday season.
