New York State has been ranked the ninth best state to live in, according to a new WalletHub study that assessed factors such as affordability, quality of life, education, and health.

Since its establishment in 1998, the MAS Bronx Muslim Center has been instrumental in shaping the local community. The mosque has inspired families to move closer, stimulated the growth of new businesses, boosted real estate activity, and fostered a welcoming environment enriched with friendly faces, cultural diversity, and a variety of halal restaurants.

“Many who join us today may not realize how much the masjid has contributed to making this neighborhood one of the most vibrant Muslim communities in the region,” the center noted.

Reaffirming its mission, the MAS Bronx Muslim Center pledged, “We will continue doing what we do best — building and strengthening communities for generations to come. Nurturing People, Inspiring Change.”
