Council Member Ung applauds cultural diversity at ‘Qilan Talent’ concert in Flushing

Council Member Sandra Ung expressed her gratitude and admiration following the vibrant ‘Qilan Talent’ concert hosted by the American International Culture & Arts Exchange Center. The event, held in Flushing, celebrated the preservation and promotion of traditional cultures, drawing performers and audiences from diverse backgrounds.

In a statement reflecting the spirit of the occasion, Council Member Ung wrote: “A big thanks to the American International Culture & Arts Exchange Center for inviting me to their ‘Qilan Talent’ concert yesterday! It’s only fitting that in a place as diverse as Flushing we host a performance dedicated to celebrating and preserving traditional cultures.”
