In a major step toward enhancing student well-being, Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson announced a $300,000 investment in gym renovations at Alfred E. Smith Career and Technical Education High School and the Bronx Design & Construction Academy. The announcement came during a recent visit to both institutions, highlighting the importance of supporting education and physical health in the community.
“This week, we had the pleasure of touring the Alfred E. Smith Career and Technical Education High School and the Bronx Design & Construction Academy, where we proudly allocated $300,000 in funding for gym renovations,” BP Gibson stated.
