A shocking revelation has emerged in the case of Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, the illegal alien accused of burning a woman to death.

According to his shelter roommate, who spoke exclusively to the New York Post, Zapeta-Calil had a history of substance abuse, frequently smoking K2 and drinking heavily.

The roommate, who wished to remain anonymous, described Zapeta-Calil as an alcoholic and K2 smoker, who would spend up to $30 per day on the synthetic drug. The pair had breakfast together on the morning of the alleged crime, before Zapeta-Calil set out on his “normal run.”

However, the roommate revealed that when Zapeta-Calil combined drinking and smoking K2, he would often “lose it.” “He would bug out and talk to himself when he was high,” the roommate said. “But he never harmed nobody or himself. When he wasn’t high, he’d talk like we’re talking regular.”

The disturbing allegations raise questions about the support systems in place for individuals struggling with substance abuse, particularly within the homeless community. The case has also sparked concerns about public safety and the consequences of unchecked substance abuse.
