Council Member Amanda Farias expressed her gratitude for the collaborative efforts that brought Halloween festivities to life in the area.

“Our BIDs celebrated Halloween with all our neighbors! Big thank you to the Castle Hill BID and Westchester Square BID and all their small businesses for partnering on these community events!” she said, highlighting the importance of local partnerships in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, adorned with festive pumpkins and playful ghosts.

As the celebrations wrapped up, Farias extended her appreciation to everyone who participated, saying, “Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us!”
