Council Member Amanda Farias expressed her gratitude for the collaborative efforts that brought Halloween festivities to life in the area.
“Our BIDs celebrated Halloween with all our neighbors! Big thank you to the Castle Hill BID and Westchester Square BID and all their small businesses for partnering on these community events!” she said, highlighting the importance of local partnerships in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, adorned with festive pumpkins and playful ghosts.

Farias emphasized her commitment to supporting local enterprises, stating, “I am proud to be a strong partner of our local, small businesses and fully fund the BID services and festivities that made these two festivals a reality.” She acknowledged the critical role that these businesses play in shaping the community, adding, “Without our local businesses and neighbors to shop – our communities wouldn’t be where they are today.”
